  • Can I shop if I do not have a bank account or credit card?
    Absolutely! We offer ranges of payment method:
    1. Offline -- We accept payment from Alfa Group (Alfamidi, Alfamart and Dan-Dan)
    2. E-Wallet -- We accept payment via OVO and Dana
    3. Bank Transfer -- We accept Virtual Account Transfer Fund from BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI and Bank Permata
    4. Debit and Credit Card -- We accept payment from Worldwide Cards with VISA and Mastercard logo

  • How do I shop?
    You can go to our homepage at Caseuphoria.com and select the product(s) you wish to buy.
    1. Click on the item(s) that you like.
    2. Choose your Device type
    3. Choose your preferred Case type and colour.
    4. Click "Add to Cart".
    5. Click checkout.
    6. Type in your delivery details.
    7. Choose your preferred payment method.
    8. Proceed to pay according to the instruction.

  • How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
    Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been successfully placed.

    For iPhone and MacBook products:
    We attempt to have your order dispatched from our facility up to 3 business days.

    For Android products:
    Delivery up to 5 business days (it will take slightly longer because Android gadgets have variety of sizes and our equipment may need longer adjustment in terms of the size)

    Please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking and perfecting your order

    Note: business days are all days excluding weekend, regional & national public holiday, and government collective leaves.

  • Can I change my order after paying?
    We are so sorry, we have not been able to accept any changes or adjustments after an order has been placed.

    We are so sorry. We currently offer only MacBook Laptop cases

Delivery and Shipping

  • How much is the Delivery & Shipping cost?
    ZERO! Yes you're reading it right. We offer FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER INDONESIA!

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately no. For now, we only ship around Indonesia, our production base.
    We wish to offer overseas service as well.

  • How long does it take before my orders get shipped?
    We attempt to have your order dispatched from our facility up to 3 business days (excluding Weekend, Public Holidays and Government Collective Leaves).
    However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking and perfecting your order.

  • After package is dispatched, how long will it take to deliver the package?
    Delivery time varies according to your location.

  • Can I have my Tracking Number?
    Sure! We will be sending your tracking number via email once the package is dispatched from our facility. Please ensure that your email address is active and do check your inbox!

  • How can I track my order?
    After receiving email showing your tracking number, you can follow the instruction as per the email. One logistic partner may differ with another.

  • Will my order arrived safe and sound?
    We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package safe and sound. However, things may happen, and we highly recommend you to purchase the Shipping Insurance along with your products, to ensure that you are fully compensated if things go out of expectation.

  • Will you guarantee the product?
    Absolutely! We commit ourselves to accommodate all your orders and satisfy your purchases. Every case purchased is handcrafted and manually inspected by our team before it goes dispatched to our shipping partner. While we attempt to serve every single orders perfectly, sometimes things could happen.If you find a mistake because of our negligence, please take a picture and contact us here. We will reply to your inquiries as soon as possible.

  • Can I return and exchange the product?
    We are so sorry. We do not accept any return and exchange of products except for mistakes from our side.

Insurance

  • What is Insurance?
    Insurance is a means of protection that we recommend you to purchase along with your order. Although we choose only the best logistic partner, things might happen out of control. The insurance is guaranteed by our shipping partner to provide compensation under unwanted circumstances.

    Currently we only offer Shipping Insurance, which protects your product against loss.

  • What does the insurance cover?
    Shipping Insurance is covered by our Shipping Partner and Us, Caseuphoria. Please read the coverage, along with terms & conditions here.

Shipping Insurance (Get 100% Cashback)

  • Benefit
    - Packages that are lost after being sent to the logistics partner can be compensated by: (1) new replacement by Caseuphoria in accordance to the items purchased or (2) a full refund of the amount of coverage determined by the logistics insurance.
    - If package is delivered safely and no claims are made, we offer a 100% cashback in the form of discount vouchers with values amounting 100% to your paid insurance fees. Valid only for future purchase.

    - You can claim the benefit, if and only our Logistic Partner has declared that package is loss on delivery process.
    - Benefit cannot be claimed once our Logistic Partner shows package has been delivered.
    - Insurance fees are not refundable. However, if the package is delivered safely and no claims are made, we offer you a 100% Cashback. Cashback vouchers will be sent at maximum 7 days after package has been delivered to customer's address. If you have not received the Cashback Voucher, please do contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
    - Once Shipping Insurance is purchased, customer is agreed that Caseuphoria can provide invoice of the insured package to our delivery partner.
    - The amount of Benefits Paid to Customer is fully determined on the Logistic Partner. Caseuphoria is not responsible for the benefit paid to customer.
    - Coverage for Shipping Insurance is effective when the package is dispatced, and automatically ends when package has been delivered to customer's address.
    - Claims should be made within 14 days after package has been declared as loss from our Logistic Partner.
